Job summary

Goldmark Property Management seeks an Assistant Property Manager in Omaha to support the Property Manager in daily operations, resident relations, and financial oversight of multifamily properties.

You will drive leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals while delivering exceptional resident service. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; a four-year degree is preferred and NALP certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance per company requirements.
• NALP or similar certifications desirable.
• Four-year degree in business or related subject preferred; or 2–4 years’ related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments using proven sales skills.
• Advertise and market properties daily via social media and other platforms.
• Tour and present property and available units to prospective residents and close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term resident relationships and address requests and concerns.
