Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the community to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop onsite team members to drive performance.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and NOI through leasing, pricing, and operational strategies.
• Oversee all leasing activities and oversee marketing strategies and online presence.
• Manage accounts receivable, budgeting, reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure resident retention and satisfaction through responsive service and events.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address operational issues.
