Job summary

Pointe Management in Omaha, NE is seeking a Community Manager to professionally lease apartment homes, maximize income and hit occupancy targets. You will oversee the leasing process and ensure continual resident satisfaction in a busy property setting.

The role involves coordinating marketing, screening tenants, performing verifications, and handling move-ins/move-outs. Yardi experience and Spanish are preferred; in‑person work is required.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience: 1 year preferred.
• Spanish language preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Professionally lease rental apartments to maximize income and occupancy.
• Follow the leasing sales process and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Prepare applications, leases and addenda as needed.
• Interview prospective residents to assess needs.
• Accompany prospective tenants to models and view available units.
• Perform credit checks and employment/rental verifications.
• Discuss rental terms and addendums with residents.
• Maintain and deliver move-in/out paperwork and notices.
• Assist with reports and general office duties.
