Job summary

Bigos Management Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager II to support the Property Manager on operational and financial property aspects. You will handle leasing inquiries, qualify applicants, assist with rent collection, and coordinate turnover with vendors.

The role includes move-in inspections, resident relations, and ensuring compliance with safety programs and company policies. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years as a Leasing Consultant or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling sensitive, confidential information.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone inquiries regarding available apartments and schedule visits.
• Demonstrate community and apartment knowledge by communicating features and benefits.
• Follow-up with prospects and continue property marketing efforts.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Qualify renters by gathering rental and credit history per guidelines.
• Coordinate turnover and move‑ins/move‑outs with vendors and staff.
• Assist with rent collection and notices on delinquent accounts.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain office paperwork.
