Qualifications

• Experience in property management and resident lifecycle supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with daily operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accounts receivable, collect rent, and post payments.
• Prepare regular financial and leasing reports.
• Coordinate lease administration, move-ins/outs, and renewals.
• Support training of staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
