Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Four Cedars to support the property manager in daily operations and resident services, ensuring smooth operations and a positive resident experience.

You will manage leasing, rent collections, move-ins/outs, and monthly reporting, coordinate vendor activity, enforce lease terms, supervise staff in the absence of the manager, and help maintain property safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years of property management experience
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities
• Real estate license preferred
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations
• Oversee supplier contracts and maintenance
• Manage accounts receivable and rent postings
• Prepare monthly financial and leasing reports
• Process evictions and lease renewals
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness
• Assist with marketing, leasing, and resident relations
• Train staff on leasing and office operations
