Job summary

Jones Aur Commercial Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, business development, and brokerage operations. You will develop listing materials, maintain property profiles, and keep the brokerage’s digital presence current.

You will collaborate with brokers and leadership to ensure brand consistency, timely campaigns, and effective property exposure across CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and other channels. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain professional marketing materials for listings (brochures, flyers, presentations).
• Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials across digital and traditional channels.
• Update property listings on CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi and other services.
• Coordinate photography, videos, signage, and other marketing resources.
• Ensure materials reflect current availability and property information.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives to raise brokerage profile.
• Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and client communications.
• Maintain organized digital records of listing materials and media.
