Responsabilités

• Assist with execution of property marketing campaigns for Allied clients.
• Manage property listings on all sites and collateral
• Track leads and inquiries to support marketing performance reporting
• Provide operations and administrative assistance to the marketing teams
• Keep marketing files and property and contact data organized and up to date
• Property Marketing & Listing management
• Prepare marketing collateral: flyers, brochures, proposals, tour books, presentation materials
• Adhere to Allied brand standards across marketing materials
• Create property marketing campaigns including email blasts and listing announcements
• Coordinate listing launches and ensure listings are published across platforms
• Maintain property listings across databases (CoStar, LoopNet, Catalyst, internal systems)
• Update availability, materials, and details when listings change
• Assist brokers with targeted outreach materials and client touchpoints
• Track marketing leads in ReThink; organize marketing records
• Photograph properties to support launches; coordinate videography with vendors
• Update/remove listings post-deal; reflect transaction status
• Assist with LinkedIn marketing: graphics and content for posts
• Extract contact lists from ReThink/Mailchimp for campaigns
• Prepare listing proposals and RFP responses
• Pull market data to support client meetings, pitches, and proposals
• Assist advisors with client presentation materials and marketing deliverables
• Help audit existing listings for expirations and renewals
• Create Tenant stacked floorplates for property listings
• Support events planning and on-site logistics
• Maintain organized marketing folders and assets
• Maintain clean contact data and avoid duplicates
• Organize brokerage documentation and internal project materials
• Complete special projects supporting company operations
• Represent Allied in line with core values
