Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
• Lead stabilization efforts at a distressed property, including improving occupancy and reducing delinquency.
• Manage the unit turn process from move-out through make-ready, coordinating with maintenance and vendors.
• Drive leasing activity: marketing vacant units, conducting tours, processing applications, and closing leases.
• Handle delinquencies, notices, and evictions per policy and Ohio law.
• Maintain accurate resident files and property records.
