Job summary

CIG Communities in Euclid, OH is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead daily operations of a distressed multifamily community, driving leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, staff management, and financial performance to restore full occupancy.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in property management, a proven turnaround track record, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager or RentCafe; this on-site role offers a base salary range of $90,000-$100,000 plus quarterly bonuses and health

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience, preferably in multifamily or distressed settings.
• Proven ability to stabilize and improve underperforming properties.
• Strong leadership, hiring, supervision, and performance management skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or RentCafe and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive care; manage service requests.
• Monitor lease terms, community rules, safety policies, and resident issues.
• Supervise on-site team, including leasing, maintenance, porters, and contractors.
