• Follow up with leads and close leases effectively.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly leasing goals.
• Support aggressive marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain accurate availability and pricing knowledge.
• Provide exceptional service from first inquiry to move-in.
• Maintain relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Ensure model units and tour paths are presentation-ready.
• Support the team during renovation-related transitions.
• Willingness/ability to work occasional overtime.
