Job summary

Clear Investment Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to lead daily operations, leasing, and financial performance at a distressed multifamily property in Euclid, OH. The role emphasizes occupancy recovery, staff leadership, and strong resident relations.

You will drive property improvements, manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with the Regional Manager to stabilize operations and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in property management.
• Proven success stabilizing and improving distressed properties.
• Strong leadership including team hiring, supervision and performance management.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi Voyager or RentCafe.
• Solid knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing best practices, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive care with vendors and staff.
• Manage lease terms, community rules, and safety policies; address resident concerns.
• Supervise on-site teams: leasing, maintenance, porters, and contractors; handle evaluations.
• Maintain high occupancy through strategic leasing and marketing efforts.
