Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in property management, preferably multifamily or distressed properties.
• Proven ability to stabilize and improve underperforming properties.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing laws.
• Coordinate timely maintenance, repairs, and preventive care with vendors and staff.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and occupancy strategies to maximize retention and fill rate.
• Prepare budgets, monitor finances, and produce regular performance reports.
