Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience; 3–5 years in Class A preferred.
• Fair Housing and OSHA certifications expected.
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease administration and implementation of lease provisions through occupancy.
• Receive and manage maintenance requests, including after-hours emergencies.
• Focus on tenant satisfaction and retention; conduct regular property inspections.
• Prepare rent commencement letters, notices, and new tenant paperwork.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and monthly financial reporting to ownership.
• Coordinate accounts receivable and past-due statements; supervise contractors.
• Some weekends and nights may be required.
