Job summary

Kidder Mathews is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio and lead the staff within the Asset Services Division. You will ensure tenant satisfaction, coordinate maintenance, manage budgeting, and drive value for property owners.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial property management experience, at least 1 year in supervision, and a Real Estate License. Strong communication and financial analysis skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience.
• Real Estate License required.
• 3+ years Commercial Property Management experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned portfolio.
• Lead and develop portfolio staff.
• Respond to tenant concerns and ensure service quality.
• Oversee budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Negotiate leases and maintain market-ready spaces.
• Foster professional relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Coordinate with construction managers on improvements.
