Job summary

Greco Properties in Shoreview, MN is seeking a Property Manager for our luxury Aloma property. This onsite role requires an outgoing, detail oriented professional who can manage turnover, resident relations, staff, and vendor coordination to deliver a five-star experience.

You will conduct in-person move-in meetings, supervise rent-ready inspections, plan resident events, monitor communications, and oversee payroll and budgeting within approved parameters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Property management experience preferred in luxury or market-rate settings.
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Daily property walks and turnover management.
• Lead rent-ready process and move-in inspections.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff; supervise vendors.
• Plan and coordinate resident events.
• Maintain clear communications with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Review payroll and control expenses.
• Perform seasonal duties as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

This position is an onsite role in beautiful and established Shoreview at our Aloma Property! This property is a class Class A + luxury apartment building.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Property walks including common areas, amenities, vacant units, models, etc.
• Management of every aspect of the apartment turnover process, (communication, scheduling, staff, vendors, file integrity, etc. to ensure a 5 star experience.
• Perform in-person move-in meetings with all incoming residents.
• Ensure the rent ready process, policy, and expectations are being met including performing the rent ready inspection.
• Recruit, interview, train, manage, and mentor staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute resident events.
• Manage all communications ensuring timely responses, consistent messaging, and conveying information effectively with a service forward approach to residents, guests, vendors, and co-workers.
• Order supplies, parts, etc. for the property within budget or with approval
• Review and approval payroll
• Perform seasonal duties as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Property Management Experience
• Market rate/luxury property management experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required.
• Microsoft Office Suite Proficient is required.Fully paid health/dental for employee
