Mercy Housing is seeking a dedicated Property Manager for All Hallows Senior Community in San Francisco, CA. The role leads site staff, oversees building operations, resident relations, budgeting, rent collections, leasing, and compliance. This is an on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Tenant laws.
• Experience being accountable for financials.
• Previous housing or property management experience including HUD, LIHTC, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service to residents in partnership with staff.
• Rent collection and ensure timely payments and target benchmarks.
• Maintain occupancy rates by managing leasing strategies.
• Manage property operations within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor expenses and ensure alignment with budget goals.
• Drive performance to meet CNOI objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with resident files and certifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
