11Residential is recruiting a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Renton, WA communities. You will manage leasing, marketing, financials, and staff while delivering exceptional resident services.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily property management, strong Yardi Voyager proficiency, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. This in-person role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing multifamily properties.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager is required; experience with CRM IQ, RentCafe, and HappyCo preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws at local, state, and federal levels.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and property management for designated communities.
• Supervise maintenance and leasing staff; provide training and coaching.
• Review lease applications for compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain high occupancy through effective leasing and marketing.
• Prepare financial and marketing reports for stakeholders.
