Job summary

11Residential seeks a Property Manager for Woodhaven Apartments in Everett, WA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, marketing, budgeting, staff supervision, and community-building to deliver exceptional resident service.

This in-person role requires strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager, Fair Housing compliance, and teamwork across departments. Join a growing portfolio and contribute to occupancy and financial performance at the 107-unit community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing multifamily properties.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager; experience with CRM IQ, RentCafe, and HappyCo preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal Fair Housing and other housing laws.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must work in-person on premises; remote work is not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and leasing staff, delegate tasks, provide training and coaching, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Review and approve lease applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Maintain high property occupancy rates through effective resident retention strategies and tailored leasing and marketing approaches.
• Stay informed about current market conditions and competition to optimize property performance.
• Increase revenue while managing controllable expenses, including revenue collections and delinquency control.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure timely completion of service requests and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
