You will lead onsite teams, manage budgets, oversee rent collection, and coordinate with vendors to maintain property standards. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong tenant relations and lease compliance experience.
• Experience leading onsite teams and coordinating vendors.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi or similar).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with residents and address concerns promptly.
• Oversee move-in/move-out processes and lease compliance.
• Manage daily property operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and timely resolutions.
• Lead onsite teams and manage vendor relationships.
