Job summary

MJW Investments is seeking an experienced Head of Property Management to provide senior leadership and oversee its multifamily operations in Los Angeles and Seattle. This role focuses on building a scalable operating platform, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with investment objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in leading multifamily operations across markets, developing infrastructure, and managing property-level leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive multifamily property management and senior leadership.
• Experience leading property management across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge of financials: NOI, budgets, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for MJW's property management division across LA and Seattle.
• Develop scalable operating model and standardized reporting tools.
• Oversee centralized operations, leasing, vendor management, and technology.
• Travel between LA and Seattle as needed.
