Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, oversee training, evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate team's daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Respond to tenant needs and issues.
• Conduct site visits and property inspections.
• Act as primary contact with property owners and deliver reports.
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses; forecast plans and reports.
• Help create programs for emergency recoveries.
• Prepare all required legal notices for approval.
• Review tenant rent and CAM recovery charges for on-time payment.
• Lead by example per CBRE RISE values and align stakeholders toward common goals.
• Apply knowledge of own role and integration with others to meet team objectives.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
