This on-site position requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide formal supervision to employees; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues.
• Act as primary owner representative; prepare and deliver reports.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets; forecast plans.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and explain variances.
• Help create programs for emergency recoveries.
• Review rents and CAM recovery charges; ensure timely payments.
• Lead by example per CBRE values; influence stakeholders to agreements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
