Responsibilities

• Provide tours to prospective residents.
• Answer phone and emails promptly.
• Collect documentation for leases and renewals and submit for approval.
• Maintain curb appeal of the property.
• Process move-out charges and related paperwork.
• Secure bids for property expenditures.
• Become proficient with property management software.
• Collect rent, security deposits, and application fees.
• Prepare deposits for bank and software system.
• Hold regular meetings with staff to coordinate work.
