Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Property Manager to run an on-site property, drive NOI, occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction. You will ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance while leading and developing the on-site team.

You’ll collaborate with maintenance and vendors to deliver timely service, implement pricing strategies, and report results to leadership. This role offers growth opportunities and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM, CAM or RMP designations are a plus.
• Proficiency with Yardi, Entrata, Asana and EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own property financial performance by meeting NOI and occupancy goals.
• Provide accurate reporting to regional leadership.
• Implement pricing/marketing strategies to sustain high occupancy.
• Identify operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
• Hire, train and lead a high-performing on-site team.
• Develop and mentor staff to foster accountability and growth.
