Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Mississippi to run a property's financial performance, drive NOI, occupancy, and renewals while delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will lead the on-site team, ensure compliance, and collaborate with maintenance and vendors for top-tier service.

You will manage pricing, reporting, and marketing strategies based on market trends, empowering growth and career development within a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry designations (CPM, CAM, RMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own property financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends to maintain occupancy.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
• Partner with Maintenance and vendors for high-quality service resolutions.
• Create a high-quality living experience to support renewals and reputation.
• Hire, train and lead a high-performing on-site team.
• Inspire growth through coaching and performance checks.
