Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants seeks a Property Manager to run one on-site community, driving NOI, occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction. You’ll lead the on-site team, manage budgeting and reporting to regional leadership, implement pricing and marketing strategies, and partner with maintenance to deliver a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property management experience in multifamily housing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM, CAM, or RMP certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, ADP; experience with Yardi/Entrata/Asana is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own property’s financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends to maintain occupancy.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
