Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all phases of property operations under the Regional Property Manager. This role includes administration, staff supervision, leasing, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and strong resident relations.

The ideal candidate will have significant property management experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring the property remains in excellent condition and financially healthy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience preferred.
• 7+ years general business experience; 3+ years in property management.
• Certifications such as ARM, CAM, RAM or HCCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff under supervision.
• Hire and terminate employees per policy.
• Prepare leases and related forms; collect rents and handle delinquencies.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to budgeting and accounting policies.
• Coordinate maintenance and supervise outside contractors on the property.
• Prepare annual operating budget with the Regional Property Manager.
• Market the apartment community and manage move-ins/move-outs.
• Respond to resident complaints and ensure timely maintenance and clear communication.
