Job summary

IDP Properties in Albany, GA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the on-site operation of a multi-building complex. You will schedule work hours, walk the property regularly, and lead on-site staff to ensure resident satisfaction and property standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining facilities, managing the computerized system, ensuring HUD/LIHTC compliance where applicable, processing invoices, preparing reports, and coordinating inspections with the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in property management.
• Ability to supervise on-site staff and coordinate with Regional Manager.
• Experience with budgeting, purchases, and financial controls.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and maintain the apartment complex condition and facilities.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and manage staff work schedules.
• Enforce policies and ensure office staff compliance with policy.
• Maintain computerized property management system records.
• Ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance where applicable for resident files.
• Monitor budgets and purchase orders per Regional Manager.
• Prepare reports and transmit them on time to the Regional Manager.
• Process invoices with correct coding and payroll timesheets via ADP.
• Supervise on-site personnel and hiring/firing decisions.
• Coordinate inspections (MORs/REACs) when applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel and resident files.
