IDP Properties is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day on-site operations of the apartment complex in Valdosta, GA. You will schedule work, supervise staff, maintain systems, and ensure compliance with HUD standards where applicable.

Responsibilities include handling invoices, preparing reports, coordinating maintenance, and protecting resident confidentiality while working with the Regional Manager and project team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in property management operations and maintenance coordination.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Supervise staff and conduct training as needed.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license.

• Observe condition of the apartment complex and arrange for maintenance and improvements.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Establish work schedules and assign tasks to personnel.
• Process invoices promptly with correct coding.
• Maintain computerized property management system and HUD-related files.
• Prepare for government or lender inspections when applicable.
• Transmit payroll timesheets weekly.
• Protect confidentiality of personnel and resident files.
