Newbury Living is seeking a driven, results-oriented Property Manager to lead a 257-unit group of properties. You’ll own the leasing strategy, maximize NOI, and build a high-performing team that delivers strong occupancy and a standout resident experience.

You’ll supervise leasing activity, budgets, and maintenance coordination while driving revenue growth and protecting income. No prior property management experience is required—we’ll train the right person who can learn budgets and reporting,

Qualifications

• No prior property management experience required; training provided.
• Track record of hitting goals in any past role (sports, school, retail, service).
• Natural leader who others already turn to, even informally.
• Comfortable with numbers; willing to learn budgets and reporting.
• Tech-friendly and able to learn new software quickly.
• Self-starter with a 'whatever it takes' mentality.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Revenue Growth: drive occupancy and pricing strategy to outperform targets.
• Operations & Team Leadership: build and lead a motivated team; manage budget and control expenses.
• Resident Experience & Retention: deliver fast resolutions and drive renewals.
• Maintenance & Asset Quality: partner with maintenance for fast turns and clean, competitive properties.
