Job summary

Northshore Personnel Services Inc. is seeking a Property Manager I to maximize NOI through cost control while maintaining high occupancy. You will develop market-aware pricing and marketing plans, and report operational data to the Regional Manager in a timely manner.

You will lead an on-site team, implement company policies, and ensure every physical aspect of the community is safe and well-maintained, coordinating vendors to keep units ready for occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CPM/CAM/RMP/CMCA certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of state/federal fair housing laws.
• Experience as a Community Manager in multifamily is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to use resident management software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the highest possible net operating income through cost control.
• Maintain high occupancy levels.
• Develop marketing plans informed by market conditions and competitive pricing.
• Prepare and render operational and financial data to Regional Manager promptly.
• Build and lead a high-quality on-site team with clear standards.
