This role ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while maximizing asset value.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of property management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid grasp of finance, management, and marketing.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of property management experience with multi-site or large property experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in computers, finance, management, and marketing.
• Florida CAM license required
• Reliable transportation to support property needs
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure efficiency and high performance.
• Assist the Regional Director in maintaining the asset and maximizing financial returns.
• Train, supervise, and motivate on-site office personnel.
• Manage vendor communications, scheduling, billing, and insurance compliance.
• Oversee financials, budgets, and timely processing of invoices.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Foster strong resident relationships with high standards of service.
