Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager or in a related trade.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Yardi Property Management Software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with a focus on customer service.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing business needs and proprietary software.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of properties in Spokane, WA.
• Drive occupancy and cash flow while managing delinquencies.
• Hire, train, and coach on-site staff to follow company policies.
• Serve as primary contact for resident disputes, renewals, and maintenance issues.
• Implement comprehensive marketing plans to stay competitive.
• Ensure leasing decisions comply with Fair Housing and non-discrimination laws.
• Collaborate with maintenance to manage preventative schedules and vendor contracts.
