Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Property Manager to oversee operations across Spokane and North Idaho, delivering exceptional resident service, lease administration, and property performance.

You will manage day-to-day activities, lead staff, execute marketing plans, and ensure safety and compliance while partnering with the corporate office. This role offers competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with mentoring and professional development to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision and providing development.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Coordinate adherence to property management guidelines and landlord rules.
