Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience working with a diverse population.
• The ability to walk stairs, climb ladders, and operate common cleaning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties and process leasing applications.
• Complete income certifications and HUD waitlists.
• Oversee maintenance, unit turns, and vendor services.
• Collect rent and manage delinquent payments.
• Maintain tenant relations and ensure compliance with laws.
• Enforce lease provisions and conduct regular site security.
