Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including straight tax credit and subsidized rental housing
• Engage with residents, the community, service providers and support community building activities
• Provide oversight of inspection of community facilities and grounds
• Manage lease enforcement actions
• Assist in procedure development and implementation
