Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager to oversee the operations of our Parc East property, delivering exceptional resident experiences and managing leasing, maintenance, and financial performance.

You will lead a team, drive marketing to attract residents, and ensure compliance with management guidelines while maintaining safety and service quality across all property activities.

• Excellent communication with residents, clients, and team members.
• Proven ability to manage leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, lease administration, and marketing.
