Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Associate's degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Minimum 4 years of property management experience.
• 8 years of property management and real estate experience, especially in Medical Office Buildings, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain buildings and land in assigned portfolio; oversee service contracts and vendors.
• Develop annual operating budgets; prepare monthly financial reports and capital plans; review vendor invoices.
