Requirements include LIHTC experience, 3+ years in property management, strong communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with property management software and MS Office is expected, along with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants and address inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure lease compliance and property standards.
• Oversee maintenance and improvements to keep the property in optimal condition.
• Develop and manage the property's budget and expenses.
• Market vacant units and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records and logs.
• Prepare regular property performance reports and maintain documentation.
