Job summary

Vesta Management Corporation in Moosup, CT is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Moosup Gardens Townhomes. You will oversee day-to-day operations, financials, leasing, compliance and resident relations in an affordable housing setting, including LIHTC and Section 8 programs.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to manage staff and budgets. The package includes medical/dental, 401(k), vacation and holidays, tuition reimbursement, and other

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience, plus an additional 3-5 years of related experience/ proven track record in similar function, i.e., occupancy, leasing, APM role.
• Experience with site based affordable housing programs strongly preferred if applicable.
• COS and/or CPO Certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role/capacity required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and staff to goals.
• Develop and monitor property budgets and financials.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing programs.
