Vesta Management Corporation is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support Westway Gardens Townhomes in Elyria, OH. The role focuses on occupancy, rent collections, and compliance for LIHTC/Section 8 properties.

You’ll work with the Property Manager and site staff to maximize occupancy and ensure excellent resident service. Ideal candidates have affordable housing program experience, strong communication, and multitasking abilities, with COS/CPO preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent experience, plus 2 years in occupancy/leasing.
• Experience with site-based affordable housing programs preferred.
• COS and/or CPO certification strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build positive relationships with residents and agencies.
• Coordinate leasing, applications and approvals.
• Manage rent collection, day-to-day property operations.
• Ensure compliance and financial administration per program rules.
• Maintain reception area and handle calls professionally.
