Job summary

Village Green & Yarmouth Commons, a Vesta community in Barnstable, MA, is seeking an affordable housing experienced Property Manager to join our team. The role is responsible for day-to-day operations, budgeting, leasing, compliance, and overseeing staff to meet goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience and an Associate degree or equivalent, with COS/CPO preferred. We offer a generous benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent plus 3–5 years of related experience in occupancy, leasing, or APM.
• Experience with site-based affordable housing programs strongly preferred.
• COS and/or CPO Certification strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record; background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and staff to meet budgets and leasing goals.
• Identify markets and secure prospective residents and lead leasing efforts.
• Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Foster resident retention and safe community operations.
