Trellis Management Co is seeking an experienced Site Manager for two properties totaling 71 units in Minneapolis. The role focuses on maintaining safe, clean, and functional housing for residents, including coordination with Section 8/42 and tax credit programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, administrative, and communication skills, with a background in supervising staff and leasing. Bilingual English/Somali is a plus to serve a diverse resident population.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management with leasing, supervision, and coordinating with service providers.
• Strong customer service, administrative and communication skills.
• Licensing and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Rent collection: receive and deposit rent payments, issue late notices.
• Staff supervision: monitor performance and approve timecards.
• Leasing: market property and guide applicants from tours to move-in.
• Certifications: process paperwork for subsidy programs.
• Oversee property: ensure clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
