Job summary

Trellis Management Co in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 248-unit community. You will ensure a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents, including coordination with subsidy programs.

The role requires 5 years of property management, leasing, staff supervision, and experience working with service providers and diverse populations, including those experiencing homelessness. Some Saturdays may be required; bilingual English/Somali is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years in property management including leasing and supervision.
• Experience with service providers and Coordinated Entry programs.
• Experience with long-term homeless programs and income-restricted housing.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rent collection and delinquency management.
• Supervise staff and approve timecards.
• Market property, conduct tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Process subsidy program paperwork and certifications.
• Maintain clean, safe living environment for residents and staff.
