The role requires 3+ years in property management, leasing, staff supervision, and interaction with service providers and diverse resident groups. Bilingual English/Somali is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience including leasing, staff supervision, and coordination with service providers.

Responsibilities

• Rent collection including deposits and late notices.
• Staff supervision and timecard approval.
• Leasing: market property and guide applicants from tours to move-in.
• Process certifications for subsidy programs.
• Oversee property to ensure a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.
