Job summary

HRI Properties seeks a skilled Property Manager for our apartment portfolio. You will oversee accounting operations, unit reporting, rent collections and leasing support to ensure resident satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include leasing presentations, move-ins, renewals, and reports while adhering to housing program requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Property Manager experience required
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, HUD and Housing Agency requirements preferred
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, prospective renters and residents
• Respond to inquiries to generate visits and tours
• Tour and market apartments and close prospects
• Maintain lease processes and ensure Fair Housing compliance
• Coordinate inspections and move-ins with Housing Agencies
• Maintain accurate records in Yardi and related systems
• Prepare renewal and recertification reports and notices
• Cultivate resident relations and retention
• Assist with marketing, newsletters and community events
• Manage payments, invoices and reporting
