Job summary

HRI Properties is seeking a Property Manager to oversee apartment operations, accounting tasks, and leasing activities within its multi-family portfolio. The role emphasizes resident relations, rent reporting, and coordination with housing agencies while supporting leasing and marketing efforts.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years in property management, familiarity with LIHTC/HUD programs, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Property Manager experience is required.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, HUD, and Housing Agency requirements is preferred.
• Must possess basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, prospective renters, and current residents.
• Respond to telephone inquiries to generate visits to the property.
• Tour and market apartments, using sales skills to close prospects.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections and move-ins with housing agencies.
• Prepare renewal and recertification reports and monitor expirations.
• Assist with outreach marketing and leasing processes and online advertising.
