• Supervise, train, coach, and motivate onsite staff.
• Familiarity with budgets, AP/AR, delinquencies, and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily property operations and profitability within the operating budget.
• Manage leasing activities, rent collection, and legal actions as needed.
• Follow up on all legal actions and documentation.
• Review financial statements and work with onsite staff to identify issues and fix them.
• Oversee contracts, purchases, and approve invoices for payment.
• Support marketing strategies and maintain advertising records.
• Conduct regular property inspections for high standards.
• Monitor office procedures and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with inspections, permits, and licenses.
• Address property safety concerns and coordinate purchasing opportunities.
• Hire, train, supervise, and support onsite staff to high performance.
• Evaluate staff performance and make promotion/salary recommendations.
• Monitor rental activity and market conditions; adjust pricing/marketing as needed.
• Communicate with residents to ensure compliance with rules.
