Job summary

NM Residential is seeking an experienced Property Manager for The Tiffany at Maitland West Apartments in Orlando, FL. You will oversee leasing, budgeting, resident relations, staff management, rent collection, and overall property performance.

Responsibilities include daily operations, financial statement reviews, contract oversight, marketing support, inspections, and compliance with permits and licenses. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of apartment leasing, sales, or marketing experience.
• High school diploma or GED (required); college degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise a large administrative and maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure profitability within the operating budget.
• Manage leasing activities, rent collection, and authorize actions as needed.
• Follow up on all legal actions and ensure documentation.
• Review financial statements and coordinate corrective measures with onsite staff.
• Oversee contracts, purchases, and approve invoices for payment.
• Support marketing strategies and maintain advertising records.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high building conditions.
• Monitor office procedures and workflows for efficiency.
• Ensure housing practices comply with inspections, permits, and licenses.
• Coordinate regional or national purchasing/service opportunities.
• Hire, train, supervise, and support onsite staff; evaluate performance.
